I signed up for a specified interval of time with Pigeonly which covered sending a specified number of photos to my son of his family and loved ones while incarcerated. A review of my bank account showed repeated unauthorized debits during the interval of time that I was paid in full.  I stayed within the parameters.  Pigonly started nickle and diming me every month sometimes mutiple times in a month.  I called to report it, and they claimed they would fix it but never complied.  They continued to debit my acoount.  After multiple phone calls to complain as ask theay they stop, they sent me a confirming email stating they would close my account and not debit me again.  I have my account information as well as the confimring email from a Pigonly representative to prove my allegations that they still continued to debit my account. 

This company is dishonest and the unauthorized debiting of my account I call theft.  I told them as much.  The concept is great in theory but the tactics used to steal from folk who are already down and stuggling to support an incarcerated loved one, are unconscionable.  I had to cancel my credit card which was inconvenient to me in order to stop them from stealing money from my account. 

The young man who started the company should be ashamed of himself as he was once incarcerated and apprently did not learn the right lessions.  I saw an idignant rebuttal from Pigeonly to a former customer who had some of the same allegations as I.  Do not trust this company becasue they come off as genuinly wanting to help families stay connected, but that is a front. 

I can produce documentation to support my complaint, so they can be as idignant as they please because I was idignant when my account was debited without my authorization.  It's sad because they could be honest in their dealings and be as sucessful as been shady and stealing from folk who trusted them.  I do believe in Karma though.
