I ordered a $10.00 spanish learning tape with a debit card from Pimsileur 2 weeks later I received a 2nd delivery from Pimsleur Approach or Internet Order LLC. I did not order the second item sent by this company. The bank that issued my debit card declined to pay the $256.00 charged to my debit card by Pimsleur Approach because the bank believed that charges by this company where unauthorized and questionable. The bank issued a new debit card and credit card number to prevent futher misuse of my debit card by Pimsleur. We have not approached Pimsleur concerning this matter. I have no intention of opening, using, or returning the 2nd item sent to me by Pimsleur. Pimsleur and Internet Order LLC item sent to me a demand letter saying they are going to turn the matter over "to an outside collectin agency" if I do not pay the unauthorized $256.00. By reponse to Pimsleur is I could care less about their threats to turn me over to a colletion agency. I intend to file a compalint with the BBB in Phildelphia as well a the State of Pennslyvania Business Bureau regaqrding this matter. I belive that this matter is going to cost me a great deal of time and money to resolve this matter with Pimsleur and I am going to seek compensation from Pimsleur. It is obvious that Pimsleur is invlolved in delivering items to a whole number of people with out authorization. I Would like to hear from folks who are receiving unauthorized items from Pimsleur
