Pioneer Cooperative Telecommunications is in a summation: a fraudulent operation. They continued to promise high speed internet access, in return according to the USDA, so they can receive large amounts of grants and E-Rates federal funds. However the requisite 20Mbps is not anywhere near as close to the actual speed. I've consistently and since the beginning received spotty and horrible speeds On so called high speed. The board is corrupt and refuses to provide their 990PF as required under the Internal Revenue Service, and will not recognize the issues with the broadband. They lie repeatedly to the American Government on the internet speeds, as I've mentioned I looked up the submission to the FCC and it's far from what I get at my house. They are a typical scam artists and should be shut down, I wish their was variety and I could opt for another provider but unfortunately the only one is Pioneer, they have aggressively prevented competition and charged well in excess of what they provide. I am sick of this cable and internet access provider with the price gouging they are doing.
