I have NEVER, in the 3 years I have had an account through Plains Commerce, had a problem. I have been treated well and have received new cards in a timely manner. I, like the rest of you, I am sure, have bad credit. Thanks to Plains, my credit is getting better. All I can tell you to do is read the fine print. If you don't agree with it, don't apply for the card.

I also have a Plains Commerce Bank Credit Card and have had no such problems. My bill is always paid before it is due, but I always pay more than the minimum amount. I have had my card for 6 months.
