Thanx for the response to this scam. I wish to pursue these people myself - can you let me know exactly what I need to do?

Last Friday I received a further 2 emails from FreeLotto... here they are, in all their dreadful glory (check the grammar and English?!?!?!)... This is to notify you that your e-mail and the informations contained in it has been received. I will track your claims as sent to me with the informations contained in your e-mail. Bear in mind that you have to keep as top secret the winning number that has been issued to you to yourself alone to avoid complications of two people making attempt to claim one lottery wining which we have seen in the past. You are also to send us copy of your international passport and utility bill which will stand as a prove of your address. Once we hear from you , we will proceed with the processing of your lottery winning. You have three options to chose from how you want your lottery winning to be paid to you. 1. through telegraphic wire transfer 2. Certified Cheque. 3. Cash payment the both options will be be taken care of by one of our paying banks. We wait to hear from you urgently. Best Regards. MS. CLARA ROBERT. ONLINE CLAIM PROCESSING DEPT. FREELOTTO SWEEPSTAKES P.O BOX 4562,GRAND CENTRAL STATION, NEW YORK, NY 10163.UNITED STATE OF AMERICA. I responded, asking EXACTLY how much the company wanted off me before they'd release me 'winnings' - here's the reply: Attn: Russell Thomas. Yes you will pay VALIDATION fee of US$500 before your lottery winning will be paid to you by one of our paying banks or a certified bank cheque will be sent to you. Best Regards. MS. CLARA ROBERT. ONLINE CLAIM PROCESSING DEPT. FREELOTTO SWEEPSTAKES P.O BOX 4562,GRAND CENTRAL STATION, NEW YORK, NY 10163.UNITED STATE OF AMERICA. VALIDATION FEE? Why?
