PLASMANET DO NOT HEAR AND ANSWER CUSTOMERS.
I write many e-mail to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
to ask about the facsimile check ,( winning prize). I receive a facsimile check 1 month ago, but they do not answer anything about the facsimile check and prize.
The FACIMILE CHECK was sent to me. It is a check image ( file format JPEG)
I asked some US lawers and reasearh US law:
This is some my some good evidences and US law that I found:
CHECK IMAGE is a proof of payment or a evidence of payment in court.
A regulation of federal of reserve :
Check images have been an accepted proof of payment for years. Massachusetts, for example, amended its law in the early 1990s to state that a bank statement showing payment of a check, together with a legible copy of the check, constitutes prima facie evidence in court that the check has been paid. (See Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 233, Section 77A).
If you do not have a substitute check but have a copy of an original check or a copy of a substitute check, you usually can use these documents as proof of payment.

IF THEY DO NOT SEND ME A ORIGINAL CHECK AND THEY DO NOT PAY OUT, PLASMANET IS TREMENDOUS FRAUD, EXTREME HUGE SCAM Now it is 3 month from win date (9/5/2006). I do not receive a notarize an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. The issue date of facsimile check is 6/12/2006. It still more 4 months. Until now, I do not receive an original check (for each year). The facsimile check is a evidence of payment in court. It is not check advertisement. 1)It is from [email protected] ( a legal email of Plasmanet) 2)Facsimile check has an electronic signature ( reference: rule of evidence, Unique Commerial Code, Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act) If plasmanet do not send a oringinal check and pay out for me, it is a huge trick, TREMENDOUS FRAUD and EXTREME HUGE SCAM. I prepare to launch a prosecution to Plasmanet, I would like to do business with you.
