Aiea,#2Consumer Suggestion
Sat, April 10, 2004
Hey everyone, I hope this message finds each and every one of you out there in good spirit and health. Don't fall for the rebuttal above!! It's obviously nothing but pure shill crap!! Any and all rebuttals that is full of nothing but sorry excuses is absolutely false. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink". YEEEAH, come up with new sayings already!! You cannot convince people that you have not scammed many, by using such old sayings and by trying to turn the blame on the many who you've already scammed. I speak for everyone when I say, the only rebuttals that All consumers want to see and really cares about are ones posted by consumers whose comlaints have been resolved. If a company refuses to do this, they should save their time coming here and trying to defend their scam with pathetic excuses. Many businesses today are just forms of credit card scams, where their products and or services are just covers. JUST CLEVERLY DISGUISED TRAPS!! Don't ever agree to allow a company to tape record a transaction. They will use this tape recorded contract against anyone who realizes they have been taken and decides they want out. It's nothing more then a well disguised trap. That's why they are always so quick to tape record the verbal agreement, but never willing to record their deceptive, misleading and flat out fraudulent sales pitches. Never, ever give out your credit card number over the phone!! Request the company to send you a copy of their refund policy and or money back guarantee, in writting and signed by the owner or supervisor, before ever considering doing business with a company. Any and all LEGITIMATE companies that have nothing to hide and are willing to back up their claims would have absolutely no problem furnishing this information to the general public. Never allow a salesperson (telemarketer) to use high pressure sales tactics on you, by creating a false sense of urgency. If their offer is LEGITIMATE and really as fantastic as they claim, it can wait a few days!! I never thought I'd live to see the day when the amount of scams that existed would greatly outnumber the amount of legitimate businesses. Until the day all of your friends, family members, neighbors aquaintences, co workers, etc, etc, are ranting and raving about a particular business venture, I would strongly suggest to the entire world to be very skeptical about all the moneymaking programs and business ventures that's polluting our beautiful world. Use good judgement and research any and all businesses up and down the internet before you accidentally jump into a scam. In closing I would like to say, even if this business in question is legitimate, it doesn't sound like one many people would want to work with. Here's one for you budddy: If it sounds to good to be true, it definetly is. LOL. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii & God Bless each and every one of you out there. P.S. Any and all media companies that may be interested in this rebuttal or my original posting, please contact me through this website, for I am ready to public with my story.

This person did some work and received several paychecks for his work. He could have received a refund but he decided to stop working because of personal reasons. Unfortunately he is lying about his tape-recorded contract, he knows that he entered into the contract and what the terms were. We even offered him a second chance, but he said that he did not have any extra time to work. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink it. This is the type of person that will enter into a contract and then will lie and distort the facts to try and get out of their contract. The type of person that will tell us that they will lie and say bad things about our company unless we give them money, otherwise called extortion. We have done nothing wrong/illegal and will not let unethical people bully us around.
