hi, i tried to make a purchase from plisco.com They received my order and directed me to the amazon.com for the payment. I ordered for a nikon lens. They told me that the order name would be displayed as sonyplaystation game code but i will receive the lens. I thought "i am in amazon.com so i am safe" and paid the amount. After the payment, they sent me an email that the item will be shipped within two days and i will recieve the order in 7 days. I have been contacting the plisco support for the status of my order. They responded very quicly whenever i put an email to them. The estimated delivery date has crossed and then they stopped responding to my emails. These are some of the emails i received from them.

I ordered the steam cleaner and Christina sent me to amazon for a $50 card which i did and i sent her the code but to this date nothing, so i went to amazon and they said they don't do this, i tried to e-mail Plisco but to no avail

I spent 30 minutes on the actual phone with Amazon and there is not much that can be done.  Once you email the code, you will not be able to cancel the digital order.  Amazon believes they are probably reselling the codes.

 

The server may have been around a while, but it is based in Malaysia so little legal resolution can be had.  The representative at Amazon informed me that he will notify the appropriate business unit to see what can be done.

They never returned a single email.  I did briefly research the site, but I let the super low price get the best of me.  Do not let it happen to you.
