Pohanka Hyandai Lied sold me a car that had problems Temple Hills Maryland
I am very dissatified with this company Pohanka. I bought a car in December of 2008, I took this car back to the dealer 3 times and each time they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The problem is the transmission is going bad. I bought a extended warenty along with this car but they say they will not pay for it unless they break the trasmission down and pohnaka says they dod not break down the transmission. If I take it somewhere else I will will have to pay for it out of my pocket which I do not have. I called the dealership back and they are like its nothing they can do the manager even hung up on me I am very upset by this time. I pay 408.00 a month for a 2000 Hinda Accord which they probably should not have sold me in the first place at least thats what I was told they new this car had problems. The charged me 14,000.oo for this car which I think was a rip off also but at least if I have to pay this amount at least let it be a reliable car. There was a dent in it and they promised to fix that but after I got the car they were like we dont fix dents so they just lied through the whole process. I feel that I have been used and abused. I feel that the warranty that I bought along with this car is no good either because they are giving me the run arounds I dont have 500 to pay for a the breakdown of a transmission when it should not be going bad in the first place not after 8 months of me buying this car. Like I said I took it back 3 times and each time they told me nothing was wrong. I would never recommend them to anyone because they do not care about there customers. All they care about is selling a car which I think is very bad business. They deal with the public and they should make sure there customers are happy I am going to seek legal advice in this matter because now I have a car that I canot get fixed because I dont have the money.
