Pool deals Pooldeals.com Pool liner is not the size that was ordered 24'x48" Liner they sent was 24'x43.5" Grand Island, New York

My pool is round 24'x48" with a beaded liner,before installing liner from pooldeals .com I had a styrofoam floor in bottom 1" thick then 1" sand and the sand cove was 6" by 6" before installing this liner.I ordered Their 24'x48" round beaded liner after doing all preparing put liner in after layed out and warmed up I live in Florida did not take long.
After the wrinkles all smoothed out as water was being put in the pool the liner collapses at 1/2 foot of water and it ripped a hole in the wall of the liner. the liner also is supposed to be 20 gauge it weighed only 65 Pounds. I have contacted many pool suppliers and their liners weigh more than that. And that they are more close to 100 Pounds or more on 20 gauge liners
Liners designed to fit pools with a 48"pool wall height,will measure approximately 43.5" from bead to the floor, as the pool is 44" deep, this will allow the liner to measure 1/2 of an inch to help eliminate wrinkling.
All pools that have a 52" wall height will have a depth of approximately 47.5" from bead to floor as the pool is 48" deep this will allow the liner to stretch approximately 1/2 " to help eliminate wrinkling.
The discription on the both sizes state the liner can be slightly dished the pools center.
