Ordered almost $200 worth of 'new' 'boxed sets' of several TV programs. The "boxed sets" consisted of a half dozen DVDs thrown into VHS tape boxes. The quality was abysmal and barely watchable. All were pirated from TV shows and shipped to the US from China. I retained all shipping labels and packaging and notified the FBI, local law enforcement and the Post Office. After 3 months of useless back and forth emails with Power DVD to get return postage and a credit, I contacted Master Card, told them the products were pirated, that I had all of the delivery paperwork and had filed complaints with the proper authorities. I asked that they credit my account, which they did. After 30 days I was notified by Master Card that my credit was permanent.

Don't let these thieves get away with robbing you of your hard earned money. Your credit card company will investigate and credit your account if you have the proof that you were duped with pirated material. Despite all of the warnings on the legitimate DVDs the FBI, law enforcement and the Post Office does zips, but you have to file reports to back up your credit card complaint.
