I think I've been rip off by the guys at PowerSignups.





I joined Top Level Position early October for which I wanted to buy guaranteed signups for. On October 27 I placed an order on PowerSignups website for 100 guaranteed real time signups. They sent me a link on October 28 to verify that my campaign has started.





I sent them my Top Level Position's referral link inside a tracker I got from HitsConnect.com to track my stats, and assigned the link the instance PS. 





But only, one month after my purchase, I didn't get a single signup showing in my TLP's  back office, nor I couldn't see any delivered signup stats on the link Powersignup sent. So I wrote them on November 29 to ask for a refund.





They replied back to me the next day giving me a new link where my order has been active. But only when I logged on using that other link, I didn't see nothing. No referral link, no signup stats. 24 hours later I logged on again using the second link they sent, this time I saw my referral link from Top Level Position and some stats showing that they have delivered 93 signups so far.





I clicked on a link to see the list of signups, and discovered that 11 of the 93 manes were duplicates. Now 48 hours after I have checked again the second link, I saw that the stats show that the delivery is at 100%. But the link to click to see the list of signups is leading to a "This page is not available" notice as I am writing this report.





The reasons why I think I've been rip off:





1.- I bought guaranteed signups not leads, that mean the people should have signed up on my opportunity's website. This is not the case. Powersignup only shows me a list of names and email addresses. My Top Level Postion's back office has only the same 11 people I recruited in TLP before I placed the order from Powersignups.





2.- When I looked at my tracker's stats from HitsConnect, the instance PS is showing a stats of 106 hits for 6 unique hits. That's mean those names that Powersignups are giving me are not real time signups; if they were real people who have seen my website, I should have many, many more unique hits in my tracker for the instance PS.





3.- Since the second link they sent me to check out my stats, I have seen some stats appear there only 48 hours after I checked it out, I have a serious doubt of the quality of those so called signups. And why I could see stats for my order only after I have requested for a refund?





Those 3 main reasons made me think that this order was nothing else than a rip off.

Actually when we buy guaranteed signups, we have actual people who go to our link, and sign up with the program, and they appear clearly in the member's area. Which is not the case with you. You have shown a bunch of names and email addresses, but those people don't appear in my Top Level Position back's office.


I joined Top Level Position so I know that the registration process is fast and easy, there are no multiple forms to fill to register. A single page you fill, you click submit and you're in.

If those people have already filled a form with your third party and they have not joined with my opportunity, then they are not Guaranteed signup but real time redirected leads. I didn't buy leads, I bought 100 Guaranteed signups. If I wanted to buy leads to make follow up with them I would have done so. But I bought guaranteed signups and was expecting to have those people signing up with my opportunity.

It's clearly stated on your terms that the customer's site must have simple signup process to be approved, you have approved my site, so the signups should have no problem to join and appear in my TLP back office. So you should be clear about your product, is it guaranteed signups or redirected leads?

My complaint is that you said Guaranteed signups on your site, I bought guaranteed signups, but I have no signups in my opportunity's back office. Where ever you have delivered those so called signups, if they don't appear in my back office, I didn't get what I paid for, period. And I can give anyone asking it, my TLP's id and username to verify that I do not have 100 signups in my member's area. 

Plus, like I said in my report, my tracking stats are clear, 106 hits for 6 unique hits. If those signups had actually seen my site, my tracker wouldn't shown only 6 unique hits. That's impossible.

This is PowerSignups support team. This is the first we are hearing about your complaints. If we didnt reply to an email you can always send it again.
You are creating slander over facts you dont understand.

We are a 3rd party. We can only show you name and email for security reasons, that way we have no use for the signups. They are for your eyes only. If your affiliate network has not credited you for the signups we have delivered, then you need to contact them, that is not our fault. We ONLY deduct a signup when someone fills out the form and hits submit. If there are multiple pages to submit, we state that we recommend only one form as we are not responsible for anything after the first page.

Also, if you read our website, including our policies (refund policy specifically) if we show that we delivered leads, we DO NOT offer refunds. We only give refunds for things not delivered. We do not get our money back being the third party if they show being delivered.

I don't understand how you file a ripoff report but state that we delivered 100%. Not sure if we should be angry or praising you. We underwent some changes, as we stated in our blog (http://powersignups.com/blog) in which we got new providers, and are STILL working out the emails being sent and login coding. We sent you the login page for what works. The old system was still in place at the time therefore you got the wrong login page. Which showed nothing.

Next time we would have liked it if you dealt with us personally instead of creating bad press and slander against us. Our policies also state if you are to use our services, you will not make open attacks against us; anyone openly creating bad slander or defamation of character especially under which is not fully truthful, can suffer legal consequences.
