Purchased 2 ssr pit bikes on December 15th after texting the line and asking if the order would be to me by christmas I hot a reply to have no concern it would be there after placing the order and having my 1500.00 taken from my account within seconds I've never heard back from them no Shipping info called emailed chatted facebooked several times with no answer this place is a scam it's horrible with customer service I had to go to the extreme of finding personal information on Gary Paul fike and start sending messages to his family just to get a email stating he would refund my money and he can't do business with me with the harassment this company takes no accountability for scamming customers they erase any negative comments on there page so they can keep scamming people I'm waiting on a refund already called my bank and submitted a fraudulent claim do not order from these people they will take your money and never get a answer after that....
