On August 13, 2004, I purchased two tickets and two garage access passes to the Indy Car Series at Pikes Peak Int'l Raceway that was to take place on August 22, 2004.

The adult ticket was $55.00 and the child ticket was $20.00. Each garage pass was $20.00 totalling $40.00.

At the event, the event the garage was totally blocked off and there was no way to access the garage depite the fact that we had purchased tickets expressly to do this. Absolutely noone that worked there had any information on why this was and basically just said "tough luck". Many customers around us expressed their displeasure at being denied entry.

The following Monday, I contacted the PPIR vendor that sold us the tickets at phone #1-888-306-7223. I was redirected to several extensions (one being Teresa Thomas) and left messages and noone would return my calls to discuss the matter regarding my complaint and/or a refund for the worthless garage passes I obtained. I still have the unused tickets as they were never collected obviously and will be happy to send them upon request. I certainly would never have purchased these tickets had I known I would be bringing them home unused. Very POOR customer service!!!
