Premier Choice Company ripped off my grandfather's house that they have already sold to someone else. Help! I know that he could not read the document or fine print. Ripoff! Atlanta Georgia
Mr. Chuck Hasting and Mr. Myron King had one of there partner to take my grandfather down to Dekalb County Probate court to probate his estste his mother estate. Ms. Wade had took my grandfather (James Labon Jr.) down there with his niece Gail Morrow knowing that my grandfather could not read.
They would not allow for anyone else to go with him to the court house. They told my grandmother(Barbara Labon) she could not go with them and all he need to do was sign some papers. They told my grandfatherJames Labon Jr.) as soon as his niece move out the house they will give him his money.
We call Mr. Myron King two weeks straight because they said my grandfather had to clean the property in ordwer to obtain his check. He requested that they pay for it out of his check he was to obtained. Premier Choice Properties never call back nor did they response.
I( Latisha Labon) went to Probate court to see what was going on about the property. Ms. Cassandra Boye said that they co9uld not probate the estate because my great-grandmother name was still on the deed. I also(Latisha Labon)talk to a Mr. Walter Carmack about the sitiuation and he said everything sound corrupt and the paper work is in accurate.
