Searching the internet to locate a Premier Dodge that was close to me, has led to me to view complaints and websites that prove we were not the only individuals scammed by Premier Dodge shady sales crew. Iam glad i kept my statement to the BBB, who did nothing. My question is has anyone found an attorney or some one that will help us? If so please contact me!

I'm not sure if this is the correct venue but I've filed a report and follow-up with this site regarding Premier Dodge in Duluth, GA. I've noticed that other consumers have had difficulty with the now defunct dealership. I need to know if anyone has been able to resolve their problem; specifically the couple who did not receive their tags/title. We purchased gap insurance through (so we were told) Western Diversified. Our auto was stolen, we went to file a claim and were told they never heard of us! It appears that Premier took our money and never purchased the contract! Now they are out of business, we are out of an auto and the balance ($6G!) is our responsibility. Needless to say we can't afford that -- that's the reason for the gap insurance! Can anyone help us find Premier Dodge's bankruptcy information/trustee? Thank you!

It is about time Premier dodge shuts down. I use to work there and had to leave. That was the worst job you can have. Worked over 60 hours a week. I commited alot of cruel things to customers while working there. Premier dodge will do anything to get a customer to come on out to their dealership. Everything u hear bout this dealership is true. Bunch of crooks. I had customers come from all ova ga, because they thought they were approved, well they werent. It was just a scam we used to get them in, and try to get a co-signer from them. ANy info u want from me i will give you to file a complaint. They are filling bankruptcy any way. They havent been making money scaming people.

What are your initials? The dealership has only a handful of managers. I would like to know if you are one of the good ones or one of the bad ones. Trust me, I won't reveal your whole name.

They just keep on calling me, and yes I did get that bank story from the one in Decatur, Premier Dodge Decatur. They all the sudden have a no money down program and you make your payment after 45 days. I finally had to tell them to stop calling me or I would sue their butts for harrassment. I have emailed them numerous times to tell them to stop calling me, and sending me emails..note people, these people are VULTURES...THEY ARE COWARDS. THE OWNER IS A COWARD.. HE OR SHE IS SUCH A COWARD THAT THEY WON'T EVEN OWN UP TO OWNING THIS DEALERSHIP. BLOOD SUCKING, SCUM SUCKING, LOW LIFE, SCUM OF THE EARTH COWARD LIARS WITH NO SOULS. I AM CALLING YOU OUT OWNER, I DARE YOU TO COME FORWARD. ALSO BY THE WAY, THERE IS A NEW INFORMERCIAL WITH A NEW CREDIT HOTLINE, BUT DON'T WORRY, IT WILL SEND YOU RIGHT BACK TO A PREMIER DEALERSHIP. I JUST HAD TO CALL IT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND YEP, YOU GUESSED IT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HATE THESE PEOPLE. I have already started taking steps to repair my credit and yes I fully inteng on buying at a pay here lot, with a reputable business past. I would rather pay them more interest than to ever pay crooks like PREMIER DODGE DULUTH< PREMIER DODGE DECATUR AND ALL THEIR SCUM SUCKING EMPLOYEES a d**n dime. SCAM ALERT PEOPLE, these people just won't quit.

Let me further explain... Whenever the salespeople don't have enough appointments set or cars aren't being sold, the managers print out a list of every unsold customer that has been in or called in within a set time frame. The managers give each salesperson a printout and demand they set up an appointment and put it in the system. So, no matter if you have been turned down previously, chances are good you will be called by a different salesperson and asked to come in. Luckily, you got one of the good guys who didn't tell you they just established a relationship with a new bank 2 days ago for people in your situation. A lot of times they will tell you whatever you want to hear so they can trick you into setting up an appointment so they look good to management. If you do come back in, all they will do is beat you down to find a cosigner. The reason you haven't heard back now is that they have had time to look at your history and see that you have been denied. They don't care about you feeling harrassed. They can easily deactivate your file and/or remove your #s so you aren't called anymore. But, someone taking the 8 seconds it takes to do so is a whole different story. On a side note, if you are really in need of a vehicle, there are some reputable buy here-pay here dealerships that only require around 500 down. Do some reasearch and you can find a good car-just avoid the usual suspects of dealerships that put lemons on the road. Yes, your interest will be a little higher. But, you will be in a vehicle and will be establishing your credit. Also, try to repair your credit. DONT PAY ANY ONE TO DO THIS FOR YOU. A lot of companies claim to repair your credit for a fee. They don't do anything different than what you can do on your own. All they do is dispute every single negative item on your report on your behalf (since you hired them). The difference between them doing it and someone doing it on their own is time and patience. All creditors have to answer the dispute within 30 days (i believe that is the correct time frame) or it is ruled in your favor and removed. So, all the company will do is keep disputing and keep disputing until the creditor messes up and doesn't respond within 30 days. You can also try to work out a payment plan with your creditors. You don't want to settle an account, if at all possilbe. This just keeps the creditor off your back but the debt still shows as settled instead of paid. You want to try and get as many Paid accounts as possible. Trust me, it will take a while. But, you will start seeing your score increase and in a couple of years, you can trade in your car and go get the one that you really want, at a good price and interest rate!! Good Luck!!!!

Hello readers and potential consumers, Well here is the latest, I was contacted two days ago by a man named John from the dealership, asking if I was still interested in dealing on the vehicle I had come down there originally for. Well, interested, my husband called to ask him what had changed since the last time we had come down there, citing that our situation hadn't changed a bit. He became shakey voiced and said he wasn't sure and asked what happened to us. He then told my husband that they "never had a zero down payment" plan, and he didn't understand how they could approve us first. Obviously, this guy didn't have a clue as to what has been going on between us and this dealership. So he said he would inquire as to what if anything had indeed changed and give us a call back...guess what....no phone call....big surprise. THESE PEOPLE have a major communication error because I have asked them repeatedly to not contact me and still they have called me back via phone. Also be aware that zerodownanddrive.com is the same as the us auto credit hotline shown on the Slasher show on sundays usually on Ion television. Also, there is no phone number for the Us Auto Credit company as it is just a call center, and not actually a credit help line. They just send you to a premier dealership. So unless you have immaculate credit, gas to waste, and a hobgob of money to toss down a rabbit hole that is never ending, go ahead go to premier dodge sucker! As for me...buy here, pay here sounds better than ever. At least I know I am guaranteed to leave with a car... maybe not the best one, but a car none the less and for very little out of pocket. Well very little as opposed to 4000.00. Anyway, do yourself a favor, stir clear of these people, they are ridiculously flawed.

I have followed up with Chrysler Customer service, unfortunately I was told that they couldn't do anything for me...Well, then..I will do it myself. As for the ex employee, I read your last post and believe you me, I could see that mother standing there with her child in the rain. I applaud you for not being a part of that any further. You show integrity and I am so happy that you left them.. as for the I team, I am still contemplating that move because of the attention it would bring to my family. However, I did go onto their website and start a blog on them so that anyone who searches it will find it. I have also decided to start a website entitle "Premier Dodge, Duluth..The untold Truth" so that everytime someone googles their name, they will see my website, hopefully before they go. I have, at this point, some peace on the matter because what comes around, goes around. Bet it. I will keep you posted. God Bless you. By the way, I challenge the owner to out him\herself, because your name is well hidden. I would keep mine hidden to if I was a low down, dirty coward such as yourself preying on the people the way that you do. As for the Gwinette Chamber of Commerce, I have yet to hear a response from them. I did recieve a "Customer Service" survey from the dealership and yes..I gave it to em, again. I want them shutting down shop..... Maybe I can win the lottery and buy that place and fire all the employees. Every single one of them because all of them play a part in the deception..there are no innocent there. Thanks again Carsales101, I appreicate your help.

I am so very sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, I have seen this so many times. The day I knew I wasn't cut out for it was a Saturday morning. It was cold and rainy. A single mother got on Marta with her toddler and rode for over 2 hours because she was told "her loan was waiting on her". Yes, her exact words. Well, she didn't have a cosigner. So, after the manager pushed for one and didn't succeed I was told to let her hit the road and move on. I had to watch this young girl walk to the bus stop and stand in the rain for the bus to come. If you know anything about Marta and their weekend schedules, then you know what she just went through. I did go on the fox website. I am not too savvy so could not find a way to report them to the I team. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to see the I-Team bust these people on camera. Although it wouldn't change the past, it sure would be nice to see them busted so others don't have to go through this. Please Please Please, if you can report them, please please please do so. Trust me, they absolutely deserve to be busted.

I am so glad to see that you have the cohones to let us know what is really going on here. You will be glad to know I have filed a formal complaint against the dealership with Chrysler Corporate, as well as a formal complaint against them with the BBB of Gwinette County. The 1-800 number is handled by a call center which also handles the calls for Thermal Spa. LOL... I have gained access to their address which is in Florida, by the way, (there is no phone number to this business, us auto credit, zerodownanddrive.com are the same business and it is a scam directly associated with both dealerships mentioned in the ex employees report) I will also be reporting them to the authorities in Florida for operating a scam.. I am still under decision to report the dealership and OWNER to FOX 5 I team to have you investigated for FRAUD. I wish I could win the lottery and buy your dealership, fire everyone there and give your inventory away, and I will do my best to see you fall. You messed with the wrong consumer.. I have waged war on Premier Dealerships!!! CONSUMER>> As for the employees that do this to people and sleep at night.... God have mercy on you during Judgement. I have copied your report, ex employee and I will forward it to Chrysler Corporate as well. I will call them everyday. JENNIFER HAS A NAME>> HER NAME IS JENNIFER CHEATER!!!! She will also tell you she is the loan officer...she isn't. Also, please know that the so called bank that the dealership uses isn't Chrysler Financial and they were pretty surprised to hear some of the details as to what has happened. PREMIER DEALERSHIPS ARE FRAUDULENT< THEY LIE< AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

A little long but maybe worth it to someone... Have you ever turned on your TV on a Saturday morning and seen some dude screaming at you about how great the deals are on used cars and that your credit is never an issue? If so, welcome to the world of Premier Dodge (Duluth) and Premier Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Decatur). Let me start off by saying these are some of the sneakiest car dealerships in the world (they are both owned by the same family). They will do whatever and say whatever to get you to sign the paperwork. I have listed a couple of their favorite scams below: Here is their biggest scam: You either call the fake 800-Credit Hotline # or call the # from their Slasher Show. NO MATTER WHAT your situation is, they will say you are approved.(they used to say 17g or 20g, now they just say approved). If you go through the hotline #, you are told you are approved by a finance manager and set up an appointment to come in and pick out your car. At this time, they will tell you they have a bank on site today and tomorrow to help people in your exact situation. And the best part is...All for ZERO DOWN!!!! However, once you get there that person is busy and can't be found... but the salesman who ran up to your car is more than happy to assist you. The salesman will then tell you they have to look up or verify your info. They say this so they can actually get your info to do the credit check. Now, keep in mind, you were already supposedly approved. Once they come back, they tell you that you are 100 % approved and all you need is to pay 3,000 to 4,000 to cover tag, tax, title and fee. (so much for the 0 down, huh?) Here is where the true motive of the fake appointment comes in. You were NEVER approved for anything. They are trained to get people in the door at any cost, no matter how big of a lie has to be told, GET YOU IN is what they get paid to do. So, they go through a fake tier system saying you are approved for Tier 1 where you pay out the pocket. However, IF YOU HAVE A COSIGNER then you are at tier 2. They tell you this means the bank will cover everything and no $$$ comes out of your pocket. This is supposed to make you really try hard to get a cosigner (or 5 if need be). Well, there is no such thing as a Tier 1 approval. You needed a cosigner from the very start. They just say approved for Tier 1 so you wont be mad that you just drove from Alabama (yes, from that far) for a big lie. Then, if you do come up with a cosigner (trust me, they will beat you down to get one, you can't leave without talking to a so called manager), once you pick out a car, they will still come out and tell you the bank wants you to pay the tag, tax, title and fee. Well, duh, I thought that was the point of a cosigner. Scam 2: This applies when you have a trade with too much negative equity. They will do one of two things..They will tell you they will make the payments on your trade and help you advertise to sell it for 3 months. Well, lo and behold, once you sign up the trade in will end up being a repo on your credit. Why, cuz they had no interntions of doing anything to help you. They don't do that much any more. They now just ask you to "kick" the trade or "put it in the bushes". In other words, repo your vehicle on your own. They then go on to explain how the bank you financed your car through is a low tier bank that creditors don't respect and that being with that bank isn't doing you any good. But, if you buy their car through their bank, your credit score will actually be better since you are now financed through an A plus bank. They will even tell you that the repo doesn't matter since the bank isn't looked at by real creditors. Scam 3: They want you to focus on payment and not the price. If you let them, they will swindle you out of so much more money than you realize. One poor guy bought a vehicle that was selling for 10g. Well, after it is all said an done, that guy put a down payment of $5,000 and paying over $300 a month for 6 years. You do the math!!!!! I say all this to say...DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER DODGE OR PREMIER CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE. Trust me when I say they laugh every single time a customer gets bamboozled and buys a car from them.
