Marc presenter himself as have a team of dedicated sales people with 80 distributors they broker to.

He charged $5000 advance fee to push my products to these distributors.  Said the $5000 is to cover the cost of the amount of time needed to talk and push the product to so many distributors.

The minute he got the money he stated acting slow. After over a month he sent a list of 8 addresses for samples.

He never followed up or gave feedback and stopped answering his phone and email. He didn't show up for a scheduled call he confirmed.

I called some of these 8 distributors and some of them never heard of him  or that they didn't request these samples

i asked for my money back  he refused

Now I have to sue him

Premier DSD is a scam in my opinion

in answer to the above mentioned answer - Marc ignored numerous calls when i tried to ask what happened to the 8 samples we sent. He never replied to e mails or calls or text messages0

When i sent him a letter before filing to sue he said - NO MONEY BACK. Only when i submited this report he suddenly came back to me and said he has 1 customer with 1 pallet.

When a company like mine pays $5000 to a broker (which we normally never do) - the expectation is that there would be a flow in communication and a significant investment of time in the business.

That didnt happen and therefore i am filing a law suit and am asking for my money back.

Misrepresenting the facts

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, December 05, 2019

The complainant, Uri Zohar, is misrepresenting the facts here.  Our signed agreement, available for download, spells out the terms clearly.

There was never a promise or guarantee, of any sort, that by engaging our firm for representative services would result in any sales or any specific time frame as to when specific events such as sample distributions may occur.

We chose to start with eight local distributors to which only one was interested and ready to place an order for one mixed pallet of Mr. Zohar’s products. Mr. Zohar’s minimum order quantity was stated at three pallets.

On numerous occasions I encouraged Mr. Zohar to accept the one pallet order and supply us with whatever forms he needed completed in order to secure the order.  It was communicated to Mr. Zohar that my belief was that the one pallet order would start the process so we can hopefully create a success story if his products sold that would likely result in other distributors gaining interest in his products.

Rather than starting with the one order and building from there; Mr. Zohar has become increasingly aggressive in his language and demands, ultimately threatening that he would sue and defame myself and company if we didn’t return his retainer of $5,000.

We remain ready and willing to work with Mr. Zohar under the terms in our signed agreement.
