Premier Estate Liquidators is a Fraudulent company that is not to be trusted - BEWARE Lake Buena Vista Florida
On 11/07/03 I called to purchase a Ruby & Diamond ring that had been up for auction on the show this company runs on Directv. As of today I still have not received the ring.
Every time I call I get some customer service representative who is obviously reading a standard response and no progress is made. The latest stall has been to tell me that my credit card was never charged. After faxing them the statement twice now that shows the card was charged on 11/07 I still get no satisfaction or even acknowledgement.
Incidentally, the credit card I used for this purchase is one that I have not used for months. On the same day I used it with Premier Estate I had two different fraudulent transactions totalling over $4500.00. I can only assume that these people used or sold my account information. Thankfully these transactions were caught by me before they were processed so neither I nor my credit card company was out any money.
Be very wary of this company. My advice is to avoid them entirely.
