Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In the beginning of January, 2007 I was contacted on a Saturday afternoon, by a gentleman named Cory, calling from Premier Mentoring from Loral Langemeier Group. I questioned who they were and why they were calling. I asked several times if the really were Loral Langemeier's Company and the answered "YES".

They proceeded to ask numerous questions about my financial goals and that I would be a great candiate for the Loral's Wealth Building Millionaire Blitz team. We spent another 3 more hours, exhausting me of all my personal & financial information, and to gather some more information about my credit cards and open available credit lines. I started having my suspicions about want they were trying to do. Then I was told not to waste their time, after being on the phone with them over 4 hours. It was such a draining experience. Then I was told that I would be contacted by another individual of higher powers to be, and upon his assessment, I would be able to buy into the Millionaire Blitz program.

After another gruelign 2 more hours on the phone, I was told that the program would cost me $9,905 and there was a 3 day right to recind. But then of course, that meant they didn't need to uphold their part of the agreement and all the things they spent hours telling me they would do for me, and how to rid of the almost 10K they just charged my credit card for.

I got one follow up call and the was 2 days after the fact. Then a week of more later, after I called several times, and getting no response. I had not received any materials & books to prepare or study before my 1st class on Jan 31, 2007. And no one followed to help me with my finances after spending my $10K on my credit cards to them as they said they would.

marketing fraud & ripoff, high pressure sales, misled & misrepresented program, didn't hold up their part of contractional agreement, bullying tactics, over charged for program over $3000, recieve products almost a month of having my money, intimidation, refused refund of monies on program,

If you're trying to get a refund from PREMIER MENTORING (also doing business as DAEUS FINANCIAL SERVICES) - apparently this is the caliber of individuals you are dealing with?!?!

It seems their "RESOLUTION SPECIALIST" as listed by the BBB Reviews - Ms. Eliza Gyumushyan was arrested on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card!!!!

RUN RUN away if ever approached by ANY UTAH BASED BUSINESS. VERY BAD NEWS.

I too would like to know how it was resolved and to what ends? I've been trying for months to get a refund and all I get is run-around. Their customer service is terrible. If I treated customers in the same way where I work, I'd be fired.

I have been in the mentoring field for some time and would like to comment on your original complaint. I can tell you that those who are employed by the mentoring sales companies are trained to only sell products to those that can benefit from them. If you were pressured into anything, you were dealing with a sales person who had motivations other than that of the company in question, or was simply inexperienced and greedy. At no time is it acceptable for an agent or representative to put his or her needs or material wants above that of the client. This can and will result in the termination of said employee. The programs do not work for those that are not ready to accept all of the hard work and responsibility that goes along with them. Just a freindly suggestion: If you would really like to change your life, committ to it. If not, don't blame others, take responsibility for yourself and take on your life. As with all other personal developement products, this will not work if you refuse to. Good luck, and I hope that you would take full advantage of monies paid and work exceedingly hard with your coaches to improve your situation. Sincerely, Your Freedom Warrior

After posting my comments on Ripoff.com and disputing the $9,905 with my credit card company. I got some response from Loral Langemeier's group "Live Out Loud", they are trying to work with the "Wealth Foundation" group (aka Premier Mentoring)to get my monies refunded. After a few very pleasant calls with The "Live Out Loud" group, I had hoped to get this all resolved. BUT - then I received a call from the "Wealth Foundation group (Elaina or Elaine) - threatening me with lawsuits and slander suits, and the I would never see my monies back. That I was in default of om agreement of the 3 day right to rescind. Although, they were the ones that NEVER complied to what they said they would do or never responded at all until I requested my monies back. as of 2/27/07 - I was threatened again by this Elaina person from Wealth Foundation and told that they were going to their high powered Attorneys to sue me. Since I'm not a huge corporation my funds and knowledge of how to protect myself against such lawsuits is very little. I am asking for anyone help at this point to get this situation resolved. I have one side of the "Live Out Loud" group that wants to refund my monies and willing to work things out and the other side "Welath Foundation" aka Premier Mentoring, that is being an absolute pitbull about all this. HOW CAN A COMPANY LEGALLY STEAL SOMEONES MONEY???? PLEASE I NEED HELP - thank you,
