Finally the refund showed into my account just by luck as neither my bank or myself had any records showing it was being refunded. This business will not provide with a bill of sale for financial accounting record and neither for the refund. They will let rot until it appears somehow in your bank account. I used Ripoff, Scambook and the BBB to press on the business owners. It has worked.
