Complaint Review: Premium Chihuahua Home - Internet

WATCH OUT INTERNET PUPPY SALES OFTEN A RIPOFF:

I just had almost $600.00 stolen from me in an internet scam from a private party with a phony website named: 

Premium Chihuahua Home ...  allegedly selling Chihuahua puppies - they had "In God We Trust" on each page of the website and went out of their way to make it sound like they were a single family raising and breeding Chihuahua Puppies in a loving manner.

I noticed on this website a similar report ... only the website in this report is called Unity Chihuahua Home... that name is way too close to the one that stole from me ... the only difference is the word Unity versus Premium in the one that stole my money!

 It is obviously the same people and I would surmise that when the Unity complaints got posted... they changed the name from Unity to Premium.  Additionally, the phony shipping website and scam that was used on the other report was used on me as well and the name was the same cplogisticship.com - I believe obviously these people are one in the same.

The websites both the breeder and the shipper were extremely professional... the perpetrators are extremely internet savvy!

I also received an e-mail from the alleged shipping company after the breeder alleged that they had dropped off the puppy I had paid for with the shipper.

Shortly after the shipper sent me an e-mail demanding another $970.+ before they would send the puppy.  I used to breed and sell puppies out of my kennel years ago so of course I immediately realized this was a scammer/crook and I worte back and told them I was going to turn them into the police immediately.  The phone number listed ... no answer.

I then called the breeder... and also texted her and told her that I now knew that she was a crook and working in conjunctin with this shipping website [one in the same, partners in crime] and that I was going to the police.  I informed them that I had a legal background and intended to go to the Federal Trade Commission since they were selling across State Lines as well as the Attorney General's Office in the State of Ohio where they also had me send the money to them via Walmart.  That this was a felony and I hoped to see them behind bars!

And that I was not stopping there... of course I would file a complaint starting with my local police department and continue from there.

I also tried to do my due diligence as did the other complaint filiers... I ck'd the BBB nothing... I thought I had a phone number but after I threatened them with the law... she quit answering the number and I found out she was using a Text Me downloadable - free app... OMG

So was the number for the Shipper also a Text Me free downloadable app... making it again obvious they were being run by the same people.

Evidently because of my legal threats and my legal background they took me more seriuosly ... this was done on Sunday and by Monday afternoon all websites breeder and shipper was off the internet!

I will contact literally evey legal agency who helps to protect the innocent citizens from ruthless crooks like this... as well as all Media sources.

We need protection on the internet and we need control... this is one issue that I hope the new President will do something about!

  It is way too easy for thieves to steal on the internet and to disappear without a trace...

Those who carry these crooked websites... i.e. Google, et. al. need to be ready to help the victims locate these thieves.  And not just stand idely by allowing this horrible abuse to happen to the innocent.
