Michael phillips is the scammer behind this commiting mail fraud because it's done through the mail. He convinces you by having mailing partners that claim the made xxx amount of money. There are given phone numbers in the package to call and they claim to be members of the BBB. THIS NEED TO BE STOPPED i am also contacting the Attorney Generals Office and USPS immediately.
