That's amazing. Within 48 hours of me posting on this site (coincidence?) Elizabeth Thomas from Premium Savings Group called me. She said my account had been flagged and that I had not submitted the application. I explained to her my complaints and concerns and she said they would issue me a refund. She said the first person I talked to from the company was newly hired and not adequately trained. She said the information this person provided me with was not quite accurate. My refund is supposed to be in my account this Friday, so we'll see. I hope it goes through. Still, if anyone needs my information in order to sue this company, please let me know. I am happy for my own success, but I don't want this to happen to others, who might not be as fortunate. Since I am way out here in california, I am unaware of what is going on in New Hampshire. If anyone knows that lawyer's information, please send it to me!!

Jennifer, i was also a victim of this scame, the two things i wanted to try and help with is , we all need to come together and file complaints with the attorney generals office of new hampshire.the attorney generals name is, kelly ayotte. when i spoke that name to premium savings group they said they are issuing my refund. which should be tomorrow ! we will see. but also a woman at the company by the name of Elizabeth Thomas. I'm also sending my PACKAGE !! to Kelly Ayotte's office along with my concerns, i'm sure that enough of us get together here. we will get progress... hope this was some help. good luck,
