prestige Homes of ocala Bought a brand new home from them and they delivered a house that was so damaged it was unfit to live in. They still haven't fixed this house since it was delivered always giving a accuse why they cant come out. We had doors that wouldn't close. walls falling on our head, and toilets that exploded while my mother in law was using them. she is 76 years old and tank broke from bottom. floors have cut marks,they left beer cans under our trailer. windows wouldn't shut or close.Total lemon and the company doesn't care..This is the sorriest people to deal with and I recommend no one to buy from these crooks sold us a damaged house ocala florida
this house is a lemon. Walls coming down on top of us,floors have slice marks in them, toilet busted at bottom of tank,doors dont close and hardware missing(not installed), and windows dont shut.. wiring is all spliced and plumbing was fixed twice already in the two months we had this house.
I personaly had to make some repairs myself to pass inspection because of the stupidity of this builder prestige homes of ocala.
I never agreed to except this house in this condition.....
We have 5 pages of repairs that need to be done and all these people do is pass the buck and nothing gets done.
