Prestige Spa Covers Prestige spa covers did not honor warranty Clearwater Florida
My spa cover developed tears along seams and creases. I contacted Prestige Spa Covers to file a warranty claim. After sending them several pictures of the problem and after several months I finally got a response that the best they could do is SELL me a new cover. This was unbelievable. The person I spoke with agreed that it was suspicious that tears would develop on bending parts but that their policy was not to cover tears of any kind even if it was due to poor material or workmanship. If you decide to buy a product Prestige Spa's make then ignore the warranty beause it is a trick to get you to buy more from them.
