I wanted 1st tier financing for a house and this idiot brings me a commitment from a 2nd tier lender because this crook named Preston Schmidt gets more in commissions from the 2nd tier lender. I told this idiot that I don't want a 2nd tier lender because the interest rates are higher and then this babbling moron has the audacity to insist that it's a good rate. I told Preston Schmidt to take a hike and took my business elsewhere and got my financing from the 1st tier lender with an interest rate almost 5% lower. Preston Schmidt is a crook and everyone should be warned about him to steer clear. Preston Schmidt is a Rip Off
