Pretty Sweet, Kirsten Product paid for but never delivered Internet
I purchased some tumblers from the company called Pretty Sweet, ran by a lady named Kirsten, on May 10, 2017. She lets you know upfront that they will take up to 8 weeks because they're coming from another country so if you don't receive them by week 10, to email her to get a refund. I've been trying to reach her the past few weeks with no luck. Her shop is closed through every online source and obviously no replies to the email. If you click he link in the email to view your order you are taken to Shopify's website. I attempted to talk with them and they continue to ignore me once I mention the Pretty Sweet name. So I still have no tumblers and am still out the $13.
