Price Rock Jewelry ripoff, bad customer service, denial, over priced shipping. Bad ebay seller Cliffwood New Jersey
On October 20, 2005 I purchased a gold chain for my girlfriend form this ebay seller. I was charged $6.95 shipping which I thought was high but maybe worth it to keep the jewelry safe.
Upon receipt of the item it was about an a fifth of the size depicted in their pics. and it was tangled in one big knot. Just thrown in the bottom of a bubblemailer. So upon reading their warranty and return policy I sent the item back as stated in the return policy. (return shpping cost me $.37 not $6.95) I even added delivery confirmation for another $.55 and sent the item out. After many emails with no return and phone calls to the customer service center with no return calls or answers I filed a complaint with Paypal. unfortunately after confirming the receipt of the returned item I misplaced the confirmation number and Paypal couldnt help me.
The company has yet to issue a refund. Contact me for an explanation or respond to any square trade emails or anything. They could have told Paypal they got the item or just replaced it as the warranty stated but did nothing.
