Hi there, I am an actual customer of Teri. I received my bengal kitten from her in April of 2004. I received all documentation as promised and a healthy adorable kitten as promised. I am surprised to read this report and a little frightened, but am very thankful that she was honest with me and I received my bengal as promised because he is absolutely adorable. I suppose that also explains why her website is no longer available - I was curious about that. I did however (after the fact) think it was odd that she brought the kitty to me, rather than me picking it up - but either way I received a healthy kitten and all documents as promised. -Marie

I dare any of you to go to bengals_L on yahoo groups and ask for an opinion of priderock cattery. YOu will get swamped with similar stories and words of warning. You can also search the achives on the bengal_L group on yahoo. I even posted my story and I got a dozen replies online that said many more have been ripped off. I also got a couple dozen personal emails telling me of more priderock horror stories. Just look at what she did to Pat at ohmycats.com. Pat is one of the more respected people in the bengal world and she knows first hand of the tragic happenings at priderock.

I have done business with Teri Embery of Priderock for several years and have always found her to be a highly ethical, detail oriented business woman and a diligent advocate for her felines. She works very hard to place her retired breeders in healthy, happy situations. Occasionally, she will place them for a reduced price with the agreement that the papers will be forwarded upon receipt of a Veterinary Certificate that the cats in question have been spayed or neutered. I challenge this person to produce his contract and his cancelled check showing both his good faith and Teri's acceptance of the business arrangement.

Well I visited the Pride rock Cattery online this is what i found. I guarantee my kittens' personalities along with their loving dispositions. I raise them with you and your children in mind, and most certainly enjoy their time with us. My Bengals are registered with TICA, The International Cat Association. I am a voting member of TICA, TIBCS The International Bengal Cat Society, whose standards and code I diligently adhere to, and BACC, Bengal Ancestor Cat Club, for which I am acting president. " Then she should be able to get your papers, if she's not engnoring you because of a bad attitude! "The overall health of my cattery and temperament of all PRIDEROCK kittens is essential to me, which is why I guarantee both, for all PRIDEROCK kittens in the Health and Sales contract that we both sign before your kitten is sent to you." Did you sign a sales Contract with this lady? "PRIDEROCK Kittens are shipped with a 4 generation pedigree, Health Certificate, your contract, Vaccination record and pertinent kitten notes regarding your kitten. My kittens are ready to go to their new homes between the ages of 12-16 weeks depending upon their weaning stages and maturation. " If the cat you took home was an adult not a kitten why did you not ask about the paper work then? Maby she thougt you where just a pet buyer. Just because an animal is show quality does not meen it is ment for breeding. Some one who has no knowlege of breeding should not be. Hopfully all these things you say about her where true, because if I where her I would sue you for slander. Maby she's a nut! Any way if you wanted breeding animals you should have known better to get an adult with a peddigree and the kitten with some type of guarentee.
