To all current and prospective clients of Prime 2 Finish Ltd. Edmonton -
Gerald Melrose of Prime 2 Finish Ltd. Edmonton wrongfully terminated an employee after this sub contracted party worked in toxic conditions.
Reason for toxic conditions was another employee applied way too much drywall mud to walls. After mud was sanded a few apartment owners had some dust in their homes.
Rather than reprimanding the employee who caused the end result... He terminated the sub contracted party that sanded all this mud off the walls in extremely unsafe conditions due to excessive drywall dust needing to be sanded. This is toxic.
Even worse is that this sub contracted worked for over a month restoring this building and was terminated on the day it was finished. This employee befriended many of the building's residents and it is shameful that he was relieved of duties wrongfully.
The employee that replaced him is an ex drug dealer and someone who is not to be trusted in anyone's home or condo board operated building. Personal property of the employee terminated went missing right after this ex drug dealer was hired.
To make matter worse when terminated went to start the next job the client said it was cancelled.
Gerald Melrose went to the client's house and informed client that job was no longer being done by Prime 2 Finish Ltd when in fact Gerald had agreed to do the project and split the money with the terminated sub contracted party.
Bottom line is that Gerald Melrose of Prime 2 Finish Ltd. has dangerous criminals/ex criminals working for him in Edmonton.

Gerald Melrose obviously wrote the last name of Mr. Purin down wrong as Putin. Mr. Purin is a Canadian citizen born in Alberta as is his fiancee. Mr. Melrose's outlandish theories about Mr. Purin being American and his fiancee being "Stephanie Hillman" are completely fraudulent. Mr. Purin spent over a month successfully restoring a building for Prime 2 Finish in spring 2016 and was fired on the last day of the project partly because Gerald Melrose's employee returned from a 6 week trip to Asia. Mr. Purin's workmanship was never an issue. As stated in the initial complaint - Gerald Melrose's questionable employee created the conditions that led to drywall dust getting into tenant's apartments and that employee should have been terminated.

The statement of original review of hiring dangerous criminals or ex criminals is false, so has your malicious proclaimation of myself hiring ex drug dealers. However, do note that nobody has lived a perfect life - and deserves a chance to correct thier past mistakes. My employees are free and clear of both assumptions and has been noted in my first rebuttal, that you are breaking laws under character of deformation act. But, no matter what is more important is the lies you conceal. Who was lead to believe the man named Brent Putin who works for Sentenial (Capital) Group, is a false identity. And his real name is actually Brent Purin - working for Sustainable Capital Corp. who is the managing director in New York City. So which leads me to believe he is illegally working in Canada as an Illegal American. If you google Brent Purin, images validate the person, and information behind this man clearly validates he has a history of scamming people or other company's. As for "Christa Edwards". I also believe that she too has a large play in this and I would assume her true identity is Stephanie Hillman. Brent Purin has a rather lengthy history with multiple "business names" and reports of scams. Interesting times we live in - you think?

Despite Gerald Melrose's long winded rebuttal... He never addressed the issue regarding ex drug dealers and ex-cons working on his crews.
This was the reason we filed the report.
We find it shocking that he would choose to terminate someone with no criminal record and someone capable of bringing jobs and his own tools plus clean workers to jobs for Prime 2 Finish Ltd. It is our intention to make sure that clients of Prime 2 Finish are aware of the people working on their sites and their properties. We feel that Melrose not addressing these concerns proves that they are valid and true.
Please Edmonton prospective and current clients. Beware of Melrose and his crews of criminals.
We intent to submit a full story to media outlets shortly. \\

Brent Putin who moved from New York City to Edmonton Alberta, was hired as a subcontractor to work along side of Prime2Finish Ltd. And was fired 30 days later for Damaging non customer property, unsafe workmanship, drinking alcoholic beverages on site, and potentially causing harm to all persons residing in the building. this man who has been subcontracting under Sentinal Capital Group under Prime2Finish Ltd. was let go, and fully paid his 140hours time at $25.00/hr.
His dismissal lead into harassment of wrongful termination - as where we have recieved over 30 text messages in a single day (70 text messages total) 34 phone calls - which 3 have been saved to voicemail, and a dozen email... Now adding a unlawful false review to file. He also Threatens sabotage, violent actions, and obviously is still delusional on "wrongful dismissal" on the decision made by Prime2Finish. His review (made by himself or his Fiancée Christa Edwards) will be reported to local authorities. All emails and phone numbers will be filed with local Authorites.

I have no negative energy toward your person, nor do I have the patience to receive it. The only negative energy and negative messages have been from yourself or your significant other half Christa. Where I have been falsely accused of "sabotage, theft, and wrongful termination" followed by Insults, how I should be running my business, harassment, and threatened on all levels - personally, my employees, and business. Which are all unlawful, and I have been gracious to ignore, however recorded.
As a person who once told me he is over qualified to do this job and will only assist my business if it was worth their time... I would expect only quality workmanship from this person and to make intelligent decisions which should be dictated by common sense. a few examples of your poor decision making skills are: Applying poly over the stair case as a drop sheet, which was left on multiple days and nights. Leaving exposed live electrical wiring bare and uncapped after removing light fixtures. Not taking precautionary measures to protect non client suites prior to turning on fans at the highest setting, while sanding plaster. As result of your negligence, Prime2Finish Ltd. Incurred unforeseen expenses. Due to safety concerns and poor decisions you made, you left me no other option but to release you.
I can appreciate your frustration in regards to your halogen lights, however, you where given ample notice in person from Benjamin Moore representatives. As a professional courtesy, I took the time to email a reminder past Sunday of Benjamin Moore's potential actions to be taken on said Tuesday. You neglected to communicate with Benjamin Moore in regards to your said Property. I can understand why you are attempting to turn this chain of events on Myself, however, Prime2Finish, its employees, or my own person are not responsible for your actions and decisions. Your lack of responsibility to communicate with Benjamin Moore Store representatives, lead to the loss said property.
This will be my final communication with yourself and/or any person on your behalf and/or associated with your name. I am requesting you no longer contact me, Prime2Finish or any of Prime2Finish employees via email/text/calls or voicemail.
