Thank you, I had well over 15 hours before I was to pick up my next load. And that was from the time I left the Restaurant.

Direct from FMCSA § 382.207Pre-duty use.No driver shall perform safety-sensitive functions within four hours after using alcohol. No employer having actual knowledge that a driver has used alcohol within four hours shall permit a driver to perform or continue to perform safety-sensitive functions.
That's 4 hours , not 24

Dude.....drinking? 24 hours before you can get back behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle.Prime had every right to terminIf I recall correctly from Prime orientation.Drinking is forbidden while leasing a truck unless your on home time.Almost guarantee its in the lease agreement....bogus complaint
