Prismative Media (Crea Society) SCAM! Crea Society SCAM! They charge $50 a month for zero services offered Internet
I signed up for Prismative Media back in November to grow my Instagram following. After 2 weeks, they still hadn’t delivered the service promised so I cancelled it. They emailed me a cancellation confirmation. After this, every single month they have been charging me $50. They charge from the name Crea Society - I put a block on this company with my card. NOW they are charging me from the name Prismative Media. I put a block on this as well. They will continuously charge using different names hoping people won’t notice. This is a COMPLETE SCAM and they should go to jail for literally attempting to STEAL people’s money. I have tried to contact them several times - no response. Even the phone number they provide for their company is a fake.

NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Wow they are amazing at responding to the numerous complaints on here (because it’s public) but when you email them regarding these problems they don’t answer. After 10 emails, no response. They then title their rebuttals as "resolved”. Nothing is resolved. Prismative Media is a cheat and a liar. Do not use them.

I have contacted Prismative to get "this issue resolved” like they mention in their rebuttal 10 TIMES!!! No response to my email and their phone number is a fake. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I am getting a lawyer on this case.

Sadly, since this is an "anonymous" report I can't state much in what happened in this case considering I don't know who this person is. Could be a fake report, a competitor, etc. Please feel free to contact us and we can get this resolved.
