Pristine Marine Their Boat Detailers loanded my boat on my lift and it collapsed and they have done nothing about it. Madeira Beach, Florida
I had Pristine Marine detail my boat at my residential boat lift behind my house. Their detailers put the boat on the lift. 10 minutes into the job, the rear I-beam collapsed, causing $800.00 damage. The only thing I ever heard from the owners of the company (until I called them) was an unauthorized charge to my credit card account for $806.00 that was charged to the card before the work was even complete. They have denied all liability for the incident, now they have stated that they will pay for the damage, however, have refused to do so and have stopped communicating with me.
Beware, if you use them and give your credit card # to them, they will use it for repeat services over a year later, without even asking you if they can charge your card.

Pristine Marine has agreed to resolve our dispute over the damage to my boat lift.
I am removing my complaint against their firm provided that their settlement offer is made as agreed.
