I joined proshoppers and was told by Harvey#711 operator that I also could have trial memberships to Auto Support and Bargain Link. All I had to do was agree to these trial memberships and I would receive a $100 gas card fron Auto Support and a free vacation from Bargain Link just for saying yes to a free trial. As long as I cancelled within 2 weeks it would cost me nothing and I would receive these free gifts just for saying yes. Reluctantly I said yes but I then cancelled a couple days later.

I just got my credit card bill and these 2 companies charged me $1 which was supposed to be a free trial. Plus the only way you get any of these so-called free items were only if you continued to keep your membership. Harvey totally lied to me and I specifically asked questions about this because I thought it was too good to be for real..If they're getting $1 from consumers and we don't complain they're getting rich quick..for doing nothing.I was scammed and I want my money back.I also cancelled with proshoppers and I cancelled my credit card..

ProShoppersOnline is an honest company that strives in customer satisfaction. Our company provides all terms and conditions for ProShoppersOnline as well as any additional programs we my offer with our affiliates. All terms and conditions as well as charges are authorized by our customers. By listening to the taped conversation of Ms Donna B. and our representative Operator #711, we have confirmed she was given all terms and conditions in which she authorized. The operator stated she was being offered $100 in free gas, which would be issued as gas rebate certificates. A free "gas card" was never mentioned. The operator also stated to her that he can activate her 14-day trials for both YourBargainLink and YourAutoSupport for just $1.00 each. He proceeded to give additional information including prices after the 14-day trial as well as cancellation numbers. He then asked for approval from the customer and she gave a clear "okay". On 4/18/07 we received a voice message from Ms Donna B. and tried several times to return her call but we were unable to reach her directly. We were only able to leave messages with a man who answered the phone that informed us that she would call us back. We have never heard back from the customer.
