A key feature of fraudulent scams is when no one makes money except the Rip-Off Artists. Procard International guarantees their profits right off the top. You cant even hope to evaluate their so-called "money making opportunity" until after they've made their money. Your initial payments to them is their only source of profit so don't expect them to refund anything they don't absolutely have to despite their online promises. By the way, Procard International must have a paid position for constantly monitoring these complaints. Writing rebuttals is apparently an essential part of their occupation. Procard can afford to spend so much time here because they don't have a legitimate business to attend to. What makes them the crooks they are and deserving of contempt is how they have no conscience against financially hurting well-meaning people who are struggling to survive, by stealing what little money they have and waisting their time, not to mention causing them torment and mental anguish. SHAME ON YOU, PROCARD INTERNATIONAL !!!

Please make a note that the cancellation policy for Procard International is not difficult. As specifically outlined in the agreement that is signed by each active associate, one must simply submit a handwritten cancellation to the company. It is true that one can cancel at any time and it is also true that one should email the support division to obtain the full cancellation information. We have always, and will always, completely and promptly process a cancellation that is properly submitted. We are sorry, any cancellation mailed out during the last week of the month may not be cancelled in time to prevent the draft occuring on the 1st. In the event of unforeseen tragedies, please email our customer service staff in regards to cancellation. The information on our website in no way contradicts our policy. The information given in each section of our website is relavant to that aspect of our program and the level of associate who would be reading that information. In a general FAQ section (where brand new people are looking for basic info) we simply let people know that they can cancel at any time. Which is true. In the Associate section we are dealing with a different audience...active associates who may need to cancel. The direction is then for them to contact our support division for complete instruction. Then yes, when the right people (those who want to cancel)are replying to the right department, we send the full detailed information. As the cancellation is submitted properly we cancel the account. Now we have a proper paper trail to protect ourselves from people like this.

I checked the Secretary of State's website and found no ProCard International registered with them. You might wish to check that site online and request that they investigate. I then checked the Better Business Bureau's site for the area and found that ProCard International is listed AND is a member (big deal) that that even thought they have had customer complaints they resolved them appropriately even thought the customer was not satisfied with the outcome (gee, that always seems to happen when the company in question is a BBB member!). Feel free to drop the BBB an e-mail informing them of your lack of resolution to your problem...then we can all check back and see if the BBB actually took any action. Good luck.
