I have had the truck gone through at the mechanic’s shop. The truck is now  becoming a money pit. I found out the ballbearings, Tie rods, wheel Ballbearings, U- joints, And the shifter linkage on the transmission had all to be replaced. Which cost me over $1500. I have not even talk to you about the Engine; The serpentine belt was bad; AC was low on freon; The engine oil has not been change for over 20,000 Miles; Top that the radiator was so full crap, it took three flushes to clean it out.

I can tell when I received the 2004 Ford Ranger 4x4 that they did not go through this truck before they put it on EBay.I may to say That the truck had a great detailing job, I was impressed, but that doesn’t help with all the things that was wrong with this truck.

I’ve tried to call their office and no one answers. All I was asking is that they help with the rust problem on the truck (between $500-$1000).

So when I did talk to them, they where not willing to work with me on the rust issue. Then I have the only recourse is to use the internet to make sure other people know that they are selling lemon vehicles on eBay.

You said in the rebuttal that I needed to take the truck to a mechanic to check it out before I bought it. That is kind of hard when the truck was in Philadelphia and I live in Colorado. I put trust in your salesman saying that it was checked out by a mechanic and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, in fact, when I talk to your salesman last Friday the 20 March 2020.

After I told him but all the problems I found with a vehicle, I suggested that he talk to the mechanic who okayed the vehicle to be roadworthy And Mr White suggested That maybe they should fire him. I’d even talk about the bad tires that you sold with the truck, which cost me over $900 to replace, The tyre dealer said that they were so bad that the truck should be driven on the roads Until they were replaced. Again, all I ask is that you help me repaired the rest damage on the door panel and all you offered was $40 which is a slap in the face.

Until they were replaced. Again, all I ask is that you help me repaired the rest damage on the door panel and all you offered was $40 which is a slap in the face. I trusted you and you lied to me and all I can say is Karma is a Beach .

The time to go through the truck with a mechanic is BEFORE you buy it.  AS IS means just that -- you bought the truck in the condition it was in, and any problems with it are now your problems.  If you can't even tell that a serpentine belt is worn out or that the oil has not been changed, or that there is rust on the body, you probably shouldn't be buying used vehicles.  Especially 17-year-old used vehicles.
