Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First off, allow me to say this: The man running this company is an admitted Registered Domestic Terrorist with a felonious charge of creating pipebombs for the intended use of hurting other individuals. He claims this was done while in Special Forces for the US Army as a joke, but it begs the question of why the government would dishonorably discharge him and send him to federal holding for two years if he was creating 'glorified fireworks for fun' as he often puts it. And nobody really believes he was ever special forces. You need some modicum of intelligence to be put there.

I've known Daniel Osborne for quite some time now and worked with him in several capacities. All the man does is generate complaints and nothing else. "I paid him a lot of money and he didn't do much. Now I'm stuck in a contract paying him money each month and he doesn't do anything still." "He says he didn't charge me enough for the shoddy work he did in the first place." "I have never seen worse web design and now I'm stuck with it because I saved up to have this done."

His several business and psychology degrees he boasts about were earned online and through a community college. He has no background in website design. His own website has grammatical errors and false claims all over it.

Some of these false claims?

Dedicated... Any time you see the word dedicated in his site, it's a f*cking lie. He is not dedicated in any way, shape or form. He is being sued by several individuals for inactivity and lapse of contractual agreements. Because he 'forgot' and his 'ADHD makes it hard for him to focus on things.'

There is also a rumor he's being sued for a tax fraud by the IRS. I can't confirm this. I pay my 10% and stay as far away from the oversized mosquitos at that glorified lawfirm as I can.

Team... Any time you see this word, it is ALSO a lie. He is a one man company designing crappy websites for anyone idiotic enough to believe the bullsh*t constantly dripping off of his lower lip is chocolate. He had this one kid who was working for him, but the kid got sick of everything, quit, started his own web design business in direct contrast to prohoopla and surpassed Dan inside of a week.

Webmaster... Webmaster would, by default, indicate a mastery of the web maintenance and building niche of the world, right? Yeah, no, apparently not. Dan disgraces this term with all the flair and pomp of that drunken, crack laden wh*re that showed up at your sister's wedding asking if anyone had a rock.

Gladly serve businesses all over the United States... The furthest his company has performed is two hundred miles from his home town. And they're suing him.

ProHoopla helps to promote and push new websites into a higher realm of
performance and relevance... Actually, several of his customers have confided in me that they've lost potential customers after dealing with Dan, as people have begun to think that the company is A.) Broke B.) Desperate C.) Going under D.) Unprofessional F.) No idea what they're doing.

BNI Sticker on his website? Yeah, no, Business Networking International kicked him out with a fond middle finger up in the air.

ProHoopla offers a broad selection of customizable website design packages... Look, another lie. He uses premade GoDaddy templates, and when those can't hack it, he pushes the customer to find another template, lying to them about why this design wouldn't work well for their company. He has zero knowledge when it comes to coding. As a test, I once asked him if he could show me how to manually change the color tag on one of my old myspace pages. He had no idea how it worked. I learned that when I was eleven years old.

His website boasts "Banners and Animations..." The man has never created a moving image in his entire life. His website alone speaks to his ability to create banners, er, I mean, copy and paste pre-made images into Windows Paint. He then charges you $40/Hour for something your granny could have figured out if she played with that darned computer long enough.

That's just the few I can find in less than two pages.

I think you get the gist. The man is a liar, a fraud and an a*shole. Need I really say more?
