Promenade Charged my Credit card without my approval now won't reverse the charge El Segundo California
Last July 2001 I noticed that I had three charges on my
credit card that I did not approve, I callled and they reversed the charges on 2 of the charges but not the third. I have called them atleast 6 times and been promised a reversal EVERY time.
I just called today 11-4-02 and was told that I could not get my money back it had been to long. The person who answered the phone told me she was the boss and they would not help me. She told me to call my credit card company and have them reverse my charges. My credit card company said it had been too long to file a claim. I am
so appalled that they charged my credit card withoput my
knowledge and now they will not honor their promises.
I want my money back plus my interest charges for the last 15 months and I want them to stop charging people without approval.
