Providian Credit Cards ripoff Arlington Texas
Providian Visa and Mastercard raised my interest rate to 28.99% without telling me.
After two months of charging me the high rated they sent a letter giving me the option to accept or refuse the new rate.
I refused the new rate, they still charge me and have not refunded the different in the rates. $60.00 payment $51.00 went to interest.
