So everyone agrees PSI has destroyed too many lives to make Jane rich and now she's trying to pass the torch to her daughter.  I say no more.  WE need to take action.  I propose the following:

1) There are not that many states that the PSI organization operates out of.  I propose that the owner of this website create an electronic petition for people to sign stating they believe that PSI Seminars should be investigated for fraud (not refunding peoples money like they claim they do), tax fraud (everyone knows non-profit psi world is a scam and a tax haven for Jane but they are lazy and sloppy and have violated IRS law lets let the government know!), and FTC false advertising complaints.  Here are the 11 cities that PSI operates out of in the US:

1)  Denver, CO
2)  Edina, Minnesota
3)  Honolulu, HI
4)  Las Vegas, NV
5)  Los Angeles, CA
*)  Orange County, CA
6)  Phoenix, AZ
7)  Portland, OR
8)  San Diego, CA
*)   San Francisco, CA
10) Sarasota, Florida
11) Seattle, WA

I propose that a bulletin board be set up on this web site, rip off reports.com, pissedoff consumer.com, wiki, facebook, twitter, and elsewhere that posts the attorney generals names, office addresses, and email addresses with encouragement to those who have been scammed by psi to file a complaint not only in their own state but all other 10 states as well.  After getting floods of letters the AGs will team up and shut this evil slimy criminal enterprise down.

2)  I believe that psi attendees should petition the IRS fraud hotline about PSI Seminars non-profit psi world which does nothing but provide Jane a tax shelter.  Here is the link to report this shady non-profit:  http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=106778,00.html

3)  File FTC spam mail complaints and FTC complaints about PSI marketing practices (e.g., using people as their dupes to force family and friends into this cult)!  Again, if enough people come forward and complain the government will take notice.  To file an FTC complaint please go here:  http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/

4)  File a complaint in your state with the BBB:  To find the complaint form in your state for your local psi office go here:  http://www.bbb.org/

5)  Write a letter to local news and let them know a cult is preying on viewers in their state and ask them to check out this web ste and others mentioned!  Get the word out!

6)  If you are really passionate, stand on a street corner of a PSI BASIC on the first night in front of the hotel conference room as people are driving in and hold a sign with this web URL and/or a sign telling them to run!!!!  It's a scam!!!

7)  Post the PSI Seminar content everywhere to take away the mystery and make it a tougher sell for Jane's pimps.  LAy out the PSI BAsic (this is what happens on Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and Day4), PSI 7 (Here's what happens when you arrive at the Ranch on Day 1, Day 2, etc...), MLS/WLS, Principia, etc...  JAne has asked grad in 7 and beyond to please not tell people what happens with the classes (because if people know half won't attend and those that are considering it will not see the value since the whole thing is revealed)!  Post what happens everywhere!  EXPOSE PSI AND JANE AND HER MINIONS!

8)  Let people know what PLD is, how it is designed to exploit people and the sick sales game behind it!

9)  Boycott all speakers who attended OR have attended Principia.  Send them emails and let them know:
"Dear [Speaker Name],  It has come to my attention that you have recently done a speaking engagement at PSI Seminars Principia.  Please know that I and others a part of a grass roots movement are exposing PSI Seminars for the cult and fraudulent organization that it is.  Your participation in this criminal enterprise, in my opinion, shows you are not as enlightened as your books and/or videos prescribe.  I will be boycotting you and all your works going forward both myself and to my friends unless you renounce PSI Seminars and stop attending and/or endorsing any and all of their events."

10)  Post your personal story online and let people know what PSI is really about.  Repost your story (Copy/paste) every two weeks in as many places as possible so that organaic search on Google, Bing, and Yahoo shows the true story of PSI every time.

Every true story of staff misbehavior (including volunteers under staff direction) should be posted and follow these sick people.

If we all follow these 10 steps we can get PSI shut down in next 2 years.

Here are some simple solutions broken into groups.

(Group 1)

When an individual does not know the Villian, Victim, Hero "game" in themselves, these minds are easy to control and manipulate and you will be found in these types of seminars.

(Group 2)

When an individual knows she/he is a creator, you will never be found at these types of seminars.

(Group 3)

Individuals with emotional, mental or personality disorders can be found at these types of classes and this is when a PSI seminar can be very dangerous even deadly.

The best solution for Group 1 and 3 is to see a psychologist prior to any of these seminars and get a diagnosis, and/or understand the Villian, Victim, Hero game and then see if you still want to attend.

Group 2 will most likely be buying a new house somewhere, enjoying and working out the ups and downs of their marriages, seeing and accepting that people are only capable of how they are being at any given moment and live with gratitude for what they have. Group 2 knows how to just "be" and is at peace with it.

10) Here is my personal experience with PSI.

I attended the PSI Basic Seminar in 2008 as well as the Life Success Course (PSI-7) and Men's Leadership Seminar (MLS) because I wished to accompany my wife at Principia 2008. We ended our 2008 year by participating in the Pacesetter Leadership Dynamic (PLD) course.

Since then, we attend Principia annually and are looking forward to next months event. It is a time of re-energizing for both of us. For my wife it is her vacation and relaxation time. It provides me new tools and techniques to improve my life and strive for the goals I chose. We hear numerous guest speakers, most are very well known. Most have been on numerous talk shows, noted authors, television celebrities, and well respected in their fields. I never dreamed that I'd meet these people in person or have an opportunity to ask questions of them directly.

Even before attending PSI, I believed that I could find the source of all my anger, disappointments, discouragement, heartache, and a multitude of other negative emotions simply by looking in the mirror. I knew if I wanted something better, it was up to me to make it happen. If I was swindled or felt taken advantage of, I would carefully review and learn from the experience so as to become wiser and more aware so as to hopefully avoid similar circumstances in the future. I have received nothing but value from the time spent with PSI.

One of the first things I discovered about myself is why I fell prey to certain situations. I was able to stop and take a close look at what led me to repeat events and the thought process I used to make my decisions. Once I understood why I made certain choices in my life, I was able to make changes to achieve my desired goals.

I had never heard of EST (Erhard Seminars Training) before today so I researched it.  PSI is not EST. I also looked up Large Group Awareness Training (LGAT) and while there are similarities one can say the same thing about any accredited formal training course. LGAT is too broad a label to assign to PSI and more inaccurate than accurate.

Prior to 2008, I had never traveled more than 500 miles for a vacation. Since PSI (2008) My wife and I have purchased multiple homes and vacation resorts; we annually visit Hawaii, California, and Las Vegas. We've taken multiple International cruises and spent two weeks in France, Italy and Spain.  Why? Because this is what we wanted to do and we wanted to do these things together.

This is what is important to us and we are no where near retirement. What is remarkable is the fact that we are able to do all this at a time when many others are struggling to survive with lost jobs, homes, and the stress of fulfilling everyday needs.  Are we wealthy? No! We are blessed and we choose to live our lives in abundance enjoying every minute life has to offer.

My wife once met a woman who was selling a brand new boat for very little. When asked why, the lady explained that the new boat, RV, and so many other luxuries was the result of life long work and savings and doing without so that upon retiring she and her husband would be able to enjoy life. They had just purchased these things two weeks before he was to retire. The day following his retirement, he passed away.

We never know when our time will come. We can each choose to live every moment as though it may be our last, without regret or play the role of victim and circumstance. Life is an experience, it is not about fairness or equality. It's about what you choose to do with your life. What is important to you? If you are not getting the results you want then I recommend PSI as a means to discover why. It made a difference for me.

Know this, not everyone is the same. Put 50 people in a room, say one sentence and then ask what was heard. You will find numerous varied responses. Does that change what was stated? No, we all hear what we want to hear and we assign meaning based on our experiences, knowledge and background. If I say,"there is a big cat in  my neighbors yard," do you envision a feline, dark-skinned fellow, a type of tractor or something entirely different?

No one needs PSI. Those that want more, better or diffident  results in their life will benefit the most. For some, it will be as stated in the negative responses. That is their experience, it is up to them to make any changes they desire.

Some of the comments refer to a money-back guarantee. As with any guarantee, I suggest you read the agreement carefully. It does state that the entire seminar must be completed in order to be eligible. When I attended, this was of interest to me. I stayed with the idea that was paramount to getting a refund. If after all days and all sessions were completed, I found no value to the course, I was eligible for a refund. The value I received was far greater than the cost of the course.

Better than the money-back guarantee is the lifetime opportunity to take the PSI Basic course (or any portion) as many times, in any city, as often as desired without ever having to pay another cent. My wife went several times before going to PSI-7. We both have repeated the basic (or portions) at various times since.

All the goals I have set, I have achieved and I consistently build on each to achieve more. As for the comments some have made concerning lying about their situations, I chose honesty. Lying is an insult to me and I will not inflict it on others. I treat others as I desire to be treated and when I feel disappointment or disillusioned then I simply look in the mirror.

By definition PSI is not brain-washing. By definition PSI is not a cult. PSI is not EST.  It may loosely be classified as a LGAT in the grossest sense. I am unfamiliar with any jargon or terminology associated with PSI. I have not staffed any courses because I exercise my right to say no if it is not in alignment with my goals including day-to-day life activities. I have great respect for those that do sacrifice their time to volunteer, they are truly dedicated to making the world a better place. Just remember that as human beings they may make mistakes. How do you deal with imperfection?

Will it make a difference in your life? Very likely! Whether it is a positive or negative experience is based solely on the individual. Each person gets exactly what they want or choose to get from it. At my PSI Basic graduation, I made the comment, "I wish I'd known about this years ago." After some reflection, I later realized that it didn't matter if I'd known about it earlier. I was in a different frame of mind and would never attend any course associated with personal growth or development because I knew who I was, what I wanted and where I was going. What I didn't realize then was how to get there, PSI gave me the tools to map out my life's journey and I set sail.

If someone asks you to go to the PSI Basic seminar then ask yourself this question.
Do you trust the person who asked you? Your answer ought to be no, otherwise you'd not be reading this.

I made the comment to my wife, "I'm glad I'd not researched PSI prior to attending. Had I done so, I would have sabotaged myself." If you are reading this, then it's too late for you. All I can say is to go with an open mind, listen carefully to what is said, participate fully with the mindset that perhaps you may learn something new and if you complete all days and all sessions without benefit then you get your money back. It was not until the last day that changed my life.
