Psoftink.com rip-off! Internet
I received a charge from my debit card from psoftink.com dated 3/23/04 of $9.95. At first I thought it was my new website billing me, but after talking to them they had not yet billed me and did not know who psoftink.com was. I went to psoftink.com and the first thing on their site is: "What is PSOFTINK.com billing me for?" They had no physical address or person's name on their contact, however they were happy to have you submitt more of your own personal information to them. This raised my hackles.
This charge must have been from information ripped off from another legitimate purchase that I had made with my debit card over the internet.
I googled the website and saw another report from ripoffreport.com. I figured it was a ripoff, so I talked to my credit union and they are going to reverse the charge. Thanks to "Rip-off Report" because I alerted my credit union to the fact that they were also using this other name wpme.net, and to block any charges from them as well. Both psoftink.com and wpme.net profess to be in the business of building websites and doing graphic design.
