PUBLICRECORDSPRO.COM - PUBLIC RECORDS PRO NO REPLY TO EMAIL SCAMMED RIPPED OFF WORTHLESS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Palo Alto California
I signed up for PublicRecordsPro.Com on 07/14/09 and paid the full year "GOLD" membership of $35.40. I immediately received an email stating that my card had been processed. I became suspicious right off the bat after seeing in the email that there would be discounts for the searches I obtained...my description of the service initially told me that I would have access to FREE reports. After performing over an hour of searches that came up with either NOTHING or charges of $20.00 or more, I immediately sent an email asking for a full refund. Everything on the site was something I had already found links to on Google.Com....so this site was totally worthless to me.
I got an email back stating that I would hear something in 1 business day or less from a customer service rep ("Thank you for contacting PublicRecordsPro.com. We have received your email and will work on a resolution for your request in the order it was received. Expect that you will hear back from a Member Services Representative in 1 business day or less. Our staff is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 7 P.M. CST and Saturday from 7 A.M 3 P.M. CST."
It has been a week and I have had ZERO responses from them. I have also sent THREE MORE EMAILS with no response. There is no way to find a phone number for them, and there are no replies to emails. What is a person to do???? This is the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my 41 years of life.
What is a consumer paying for with this "business"? All it is, to me, is just a search engine like Google or Yahoo. No benefits at all.
I want a full refund as I have asked 4 times for, and I would really like for someone to tell me if anyone actually works at this "company" because it sure doesn't appear that they do!!!!!!!!
