Public Storage In San Dimas CA Cut Locks Wile Payment Was Recived On Time!! San Dimas California
Hi!!!
this storge placed cuts locks wile payment was reccived on time sooo i went to talk to them and they said "well if you dont want us to cut your lock pay the rent before it's due!!!! well rents due on the 30th of every month they said to pay like on the 20th of ever month well that rediculess this happen 2x back to back monthes i said are you going to replace the lock for free cause its your fault the said no that will be 17.00 for a new lock paid that twice im tried of paying for new locks if they do it again we are moving out of here im hear requesting from corprate to pay to remperse me on 2 new locks of 17.00 each!!!!

Rent is always due on the first unless you were a Shurgard customer and you pay in arrears. The lock is cut after being delinquent for a certain amount of time. Were you a Shurgard customer? If it was infact a mistake the District Manager can help you but if you were delinquent they can not.
