Public Storage- Another Leaking Storage Unit Mold Mildew Roof Leak Durham North Carolina
Roof laking for weeks and they never let anyone know. Call center in Arizona stated we were to be notified about possible issues with the building but we never were. We had an entire house in a 30'x`10' unit- mold and mildew everywhere and water coming into our unit from the one next door.
Totally unresponsive management. We have insurance from our own comapny but it's ridiculous for them to have to cover the damage. Public Storage does not maintain its properties, does no maintenance and doesn't care when their neglect costs their customers money, time and heartache.
We live in a community whhere people move around a lot and they all know about our situation. Public Storage doesn't care. I only hope they go down in flames and go out of business. It's the least they deserve.
And don't rebutt with that "you should have bought our insurance" crap because Public Storage's own insurance will NOT cover your property because of their neglect.
