To Whom It May Concert, I am a senior. As Publishers Clearing House Dave Sayer (Executive Director Prize Patrol) I have been a Valued Customer since August 2004. That is 12 years as a Valued Customer and have not received any CASH Prize. Enough is enough, The Sweepstake Entry states"No Purchase Necessary." Every time you Enter you ask asked to "Make a PURCHASE" also states "Purchases does not increase you CHANCE of WINNING." Why ask you to make a PURCHASE when the purchases do not HELP your Entry. What suggestions Better Business Bureau suggest to a Retired Senior as I am. Thank you for all suggestions!
