PURE CBD TINCTURE DIET SUPPLEMENTS- SEC TOOK A TRIAL FOR 14 DAYS AND PAYED SHIPPING FOR THE PURE CBD TINCTURE,WHEN CALLED TO CANCELL AFTER 5 DYS BECAUSE IT DID NOT WORK AND I HAD A RASH ON MY FACE FROM IT THEY SAID I HAVE TO SEND THE BOTTLE BACK IN ORDERED FOR MY CBD TO STOP BEING SENT. THEY WILL CHARGE MY ACCOUNT $79.95 EACH MONTH NO MATTER TIL THEY RECEIVE THE EMPTY BOTTLE BACK. THIS IS NOT IN THEIR TERMS ANYWHERE ONLY TO CALL OR CANCEL IF WANT TO STOP RECEVING PRODUCT. I ordered Pure CBD tincture- oil from a site that said Living With Pain.org.. Filled out a questionare and it went to a trial site to order PURE CBD for $1.95 trial period of 14 days.
I tried it and broke out in a rash on my face and tried it tree more days to see if it would help with pain, it did not and I still was having a rash. I e-mailed them to cancel any further orders at [email protected] and also called them twice to cancel at 1-800-796-1089.
I was told on the phone i wouold be billed $79.95 unless I mailed back the empty bottle to them. I told them that was not in their service policy under free trial and conditions. they are telling me Icannot cancell till they get their bottle back. this is blackmail and fraud.
