Class Action Planned against PushTraffic

I was cold-called by Ted Molina who convinced me that PushTraffic would get my business online with full coaching, seminar tickets, web design, traffic, list building, advertising/marketing and more included.

I was charged $US15,000 in 3 lots of $US5,000. The first $5,000 was for 12 months of weekly telephone coaching calls, a "free" website and a ticket to a seminar to be held in Australia 5 months after payment.

In the ensuing 3 months, I was charged 2 further payments of $US5,000 for further services (website design, Search Engine Optimization, 12 months of advertising & marketing services plus 2 more Australian seminar tickets (purportedly valued at $5,000 each), one-on-one coaching with John Paul Raygoza.

- Only a handful of unhelpful coaching calls took place but they were not even remotely related to the topics I discussed with (and were promised by) the salesman.

- I received no website.

- I received no advertising/marketing services.

- No traffic to my existing website (as promised)

- No listbuilding took place (as promised)

- The Australian seminar was canceled by PushTraffic without notice or refund.

My numerous requests for a credit were refused and they suggested I fly from Australia to the US for coaching. That is not what I wanted or paid for.

I have emailed and spoken to a number of PushTraffic personnel (including the CEO, John Paul Raygoza) to no avail. It has been 18 months since my first payment. My credit cards are blown out and the promised return on investment never eventuated.

I have reported this scam to a number of authorities and discussed it with some of the world's top marketers at seminars I have attended since. I have found several other victims in a similar predicament in this country as well as other parts of the world which has prompted me to create a blog containing the full story. I will be collecting as many names as possible with the intention of an FTC class action against PushTraffic.

I have collected several names already. I estimate that the blog will be online and live by the end of June 2009. The blog name is simply pushtrafficscam.com

If you have been unable to get your money back, please go to the blog and report your experiences.

We are serious about getting back our money from these thieves.

I tried repeatedly to get my money back to no avail. I talked before with Urly about this but got no results from things I tried.  I did get a legal notice from another state, Georgia I believe, but I was too late to file.

I have just given up. These guys need to atone to everyone they hurt but I know they never will.
$20,000 would be a great help right now and that is what I am owed. These people took advantage of a disabled individual and should be ashamed.

There are too many people out there that have gotten taken by these criminals.  They should be in jail.

As mentioned in my initial report PushTraffic agreed to assist me to get my business online. That business was a membership site for actors, not a cheap & nasty site reviewing PushTraffic's other businesses (eg. JumpLaunch & Your Affiliate Success etc.). That website would only serve to lift PushTraffic's profit margin. The only thing I received from PushTraffic was a squeeze page promoting John Raygoza. No thanks. As far as coaching goes, their coaches were not tuned in to where I wanted to take my business and after 3 frustrating calls, I recognized that they were not there to serve the purpose of the clients but to coerce them into be PushTraffic affiliates.

$US15,000 is a lot of money (at that time it converted to $23,000 Australian). I asked for a refund after the first $5,000 but they were so convincing that I trusted them to take me to the "next level"  for another $5,000 (only a few weeks after the first payment). I was angry that the only difference was that I received emails asking me to register for live webinars which took place at the wrong time of the day in Australia. I was able to listen to one in the early hours of the morning, but what Raygoza was spruiking was again, how to be an affiliate for PushTraffic. That was not the deal.

A few weeks later (March 08) another salesman called me to sell me the same program all over again. That is when I became suspicious, but the man seemed so genuine and understanding of my complaints, pledging his personal assurance and guarantee that he would set me up with a website within 24 hours that would include all the Google Adwords marketing for 12 months. He charged a further $5,000. I was outraged when no website eventuated and immediately demanded my money back. Raygoza sent me an email that stated that he would refund the $5,000 and that the salesman had been reprimanded for his actions.

That was the end of it. No refund of $5,000 ever showed up. Nothing. I continued to remind them about it by email, but received no response.

My last hope was in the seminar scheduled by PushTraffic for May 08 in Australia, for which I had 3 tickets as part of the so-called deal. PushTraffic never sent details of location or dates despite my emailed requests. May came and went and I realized that they'd lied all along.

Naturally I was extremely upset and angry that these tyrants were ripping people off all over the globe. The number of scam reports and complaints on the internet continued to spiral out of control. I continued to send emails weeks after week until finally after about a year since joining, they offered to fly me to LA to attend a seminar. I had just had surgery and was unable to travel. However even if I were able, I would not have gone, as I had new commitments in Australia. Besides, they had breached their contract and I had since received top-class mentoring by Alex Jeffreys. I no longer wanted their coaching. I simply wanted a refrund.

The stress and hardship caused by PushTraffic is unforgiveable. If they say they are so genuine, why then are they so stubborn about refunding money to a dissatisfied (disgruntled in their words) customer who had every reason to be angry?

The bottom line is that they charged me $15,000 for 3 questionable calls that did not serve my purpose, as discussed at sign-up. Why should anyone have to pay THEM $15,000 to promote THEIR products? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

There are dozens of stories like mine out there. John Raygoza and PushTraffic are committing crimes of fraud. They are bullies and thieves and deserve to be removed from society.

We offered Gail - who hides behind the name "urlybird" a 50% refund and she declined it. We offered her a 50% refund one year after signing up with us, and she declined it. Gail received numerous coaching calls from us, a web site, and yet she still complains to this day. She is no longer a customer of PushTraffic. Best, John Paul Raygoza

#7Consumer Suggestion

YOu know ive been reading these comments about push traffic. ok personally i run an online business. As soon as i started i was about to fail because of the lack of customersi was getting. Then one day someguy called me from pushtraffic and said he could help me. i wasnt too sure and after seeing these reports iwas even more skeptical. but you no wat i was desperate and i purchased a "marketing program" with an initial credit card payment of 3500 dollars. now that seemed high and of course i was skeptical. its been about 1.5 years and ive paid that investment back within 3 weeks of starting., they built my website with me with my input. i escially liked that i had a say since other compaies are more like cookie cutter websites. i was also recieving 200-500% increases on my traffic and ad a result more revenue. i dont know the guy who commented above me but what peple get wrong is that they sign up and then sit back and expect thier website to be succefull. its not hat way. they set yuo up with a site and then you put the effort in mainatining it. pushtraffic then gives you all the traffic youll eve need. i would tottally recommend this company.
