I have a serious problem with bestbuy.com. Recently, (within 10 days), I have or had purchased 2 cd's and 1 dvd, my account was debited, but nothing for receipt of purchase..... I have called bestbuy.com in order to find out when these items would be sent out - to find - that they have not been sent out, in fact, they have no record of my transaction, but I have been charged for all 3 items... I am so poor, that i cannot pay attention... I only got the run around.... Can you please help w my poor customer situation? Sad to say, these are for my mom and dads little present, i have been charged for them, and i have no money for anything else...i tried to plan, but they have my money and i have no product....sorry, i am porr.....can u help?
