Quinta Don Jose Boutique Hotel False Advertisement and Abuse Internet
This hotel advertises that they offer a family room for me my wife and two kids, when I arrived to the property, the accomodation was mot as advertized and the pictures from the room do not correspond with the marketing. Obviously, I found out after I checked in. When I voiced my displease they told me that if I did not like it I could leave. This happened during Easter weekend and all hotels were full. This hotel was pre paid at 82 dollars a night. Unhappy I went for lunch in the hotel restaurant and while I was waiting for my food, the manager cancelled my reservation and refunded my money and sold my room to another person for 110 dollars a night. Problem was our luggage was inside the room altrady, we had to call the police as there were no more rooms in the city. So this people what they did was cancelled our reservation that was done fair and square using booking.com and resold our room for 31 dollars more a night! This ia a "Boutique” hotel with 17 rooms and this caused a huge invonvenience. Not only the do false advertizing but they abuse their customers
