Beware! Their service is poor and they are rude! They steal your leadswhen you come in to ask about a property you saw first, then say they knew about it first! Total scammers.
Then when open escrow they blow the paperwork so bad and it almost lands you in court. Bewar, Reality Trac offers better service and leads without the hassel.
